Listening to the wisdom and power of your womb
Womb Massage Therapy is a trauma-informed, nervous-system-aware, hands-on treatment working on the abdomen, pelvis, lower back and sacrum.
It supports the reproductive, digestive, hormonal and immune systems as interconnected aspects of the body, while gently supporting nervous system regulation, softening held tension and restoring connection within the womb space.
Rather than addressing symptoms in isolation, I work with the body as something responsive and changing, shaped over time by stress, experience and life transitions.
Through touch, I offer a steady, compassionate presence, where what is held can begin to be felt, met with kindness and gently unfold in its own time.

I work with women through the cycles, thresholds and transitions of a woman’s life including menstruation, fertility, perimenopause, menopause and post-reproductive change.
Some women come with clear physical symptoms.
Others come because something in them knows it’s time to listen more deeply.
If this is you, you’re very welcome.

For me, the womb is not only an organ,
but a centre of sensing, rhythm and memory
a place where life, memory and meaning meet within the body.
Whether you are navigating pain, fertility challenges, hormonal change,
or feeling a quiet pull to come back into relationship with yourself
the womb can become a place of guidance and inner knowing.
Womb massage is a form of embodied inquiry.
A way of becoming more intimate with your body, your rhythms and your cycle.
Over time, many women begin to experience these rhythms
not as something to manage
but as something that can guide.
When Women Come for Womb Massage
Often this work begins at a point of change
when something is shifting or when things are out of rhythm and asking to be met.
Sometimes it shows up physically:
pain, cycle changes or conditions that have been difficult to live with.
Sometimes it is harder to name.
You might recognise yourself in:
Or simply a sense that something in you is ready for attention.

How this work Can Support You
This work offers support during times of change, hormonal transition and emotional or physical overwhelm, inviting deeper connection with the body and womb space.
Working with the abdomen and pelvis, this therapy invites softening, circulation and reconnection within the womb space and pelvic bowl.
Through trauma-informed touch and fascia-aware bodywork, long-held patterns linked to stress, trauma and nervous system overload may begin to gently unwind.
Over time, many women begin to feel more connected to their bodies, their rhythms and the quiet wisdom of slowing down and listening inwardly.
For some, this brings physical relief.
For others, a deeper sense of grounding, reconnection, and renewed relationship with themselves and their bodies.
Often, these changes happen together.
What to expect in a session
Your first session allows extra time ~ time to arrive, settle, be received into the space, and to gently explore what has brought you here.
Rose and other herbal allies are offered as tea to support arrival.
I accompany you through the session with attentive listening, skilled touch and care.
The work centres around the womb space and pelvis, including the abdomen, sacrum and lower back, using a blend of massage, acupressure, gentle pulsing, cranial and fascial work.
Touch is slow and responsive.
Nothing is forced.
Sessions are guided by your body and what is present on the day, unfolding gradually and at your pace.
You may notice warmth, softening, subtle movement, emotional release, or the gentle unwinding of long-held tension patterns as the body settles and softens. At times, there may also be numbness, thinking, restlessness or difficulty sensing what is happening. All of these experiences are welcome.
Emotional responses are a natural part of this work, and are met with care, steadiness and respect.
Sessions close with gentle wrapping of the body using rebozo cloths, offering a sense of holding, containment and completion. This is always guided by your comfort and consent and can create space for rest, integration and staying connected to your inner experience.
There is space at the end to pause and integrate before you leave.

Rebozo Wrapping & Threshold Support
When appropriate, sessions may conclude with Rebozo wrapping ~ the gentle wrapping of the pelvis, feet, arms and head using woven cloths.
This offers:
Many experience this as a cocooning or homecoming, particularly supportive after perimenopause, postpartum recovery, loss, or other threshold moments ~ when something has ended and something new is beginning.
Aftercare & Integration
Before you leave, we take time to gently integrate what has unfolded during the session.
Depending on what feels supportive and manageable for you, we may explore simple practices to continue listening to your body between sessions, such as:
Rest, warmth and gentleness after your session can help support the body as the effects of the work continue to unfold over the following days.
