At times, I may also send brief follow-up reflections, agreed resources, or supportive practices connected to our work together.

Please be aware that:

  • Email and messaging are not fully secure forms of communication
  • Ongoing therapeutic support is not offered via WhatsApp or email outside agreed sessions
  • Long therapeutic messages or voice notes may not receive a therapeutic response
  • I may take time to reply and do not offer a crisis or emergency service

If additional support is needed between sessions, this can be discussed together within the context of the work.

Online Sessions

Where online sessions are offered, I use platforms considered reasonably secure. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute confidentiality or security.

Clients are encouraged to ensure they are in a private and appropriate space for online sessions where possible.

Storage and Protection of Information

I take reasonable steps to store your information securely.

This may include:

  • Password-protected devices
  • Secure digital storage
  • Locked storage for paper records where applicable

How Long Information Is Kept

Client records and notes are typically retained for up to 7 years after the end of our work together, in line with professional and insurance recommendations, after which they are securely deleted or destroyed.
